Incase of any damage or manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day return policy for our jewellery from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. (Please note: customer needs to send a video of the damaged product)

- All tags, certificates, and packaging must be intact and returned with the item.
